Reservation Payment Policies & Information
Reservations must be guaranteed to a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once payment is guaranteed, your room will be held until your arrival, regardless of the hour. The card that is used for payment will need to be presented at the hotel; no 3rd party credit cards will be accepted.
Guests under the age of 18 years must stay in a guest room with a guest 18 years or older who shall assume responsibility for their care during their stay.
Credit Cards
A credit or debit card is required for all non-included purchases made at Westmark Hotel properties. Cash is not accepted for items such as room nights, meals, drinks, retail goods, and optional tours. However, we recommend having cash on hand for optional gratuities.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made the day prior to arrival by 6 PM local hotel time for a full refund*. If a reservation is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
*Non-refundable rates require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable once purchased or upon cancellation.
Group Booking Policies

- Rooming list is due 30 days prior to arrival
- Deposits are refundable if cancelled 90 days prior
- Baggage fees: $5.35 per person, roundtrip
- Extra person fee: $20 per person in room
- Group meal prices are available upon request.
Pets
Animals or pets are not allowed at the hotels with the exception of qualified service animals for guests with disabilities.
